How long is the lead time?

Made-to-order products will be delivered approximately 4-6 weeks after your order is confirmed.

If the item is in stock, it will usually be shipped within 2-5 business days.

Some Hephol products are made-to-order, with each item being produced individually after an order is placed.

Since you choose the size and materials, and our craftsmen tailor each item by hand, it takes time until completion.

Is resizing possible?

Please feel free to contact us before purchasing, as the scope of service varies depending on the product.

Resizing may incur additional time and cost.

Can the product be engraved?

Depending on the design, engraving availability and the number of engravable characters may vary.

If you wish to have an engraving, please inquire in advance.
Please note that engraving is an optional service and will incur an additional fee.

Hephol jewelry is made from precious metals such as K18 gold (yellow and white), platinum, and silver.

The materials are selected according to the design and purpose, and each is tailored to make the most of its characteristics.

Hephol jewelry features a brushed (matte) finish with a subdued texture.

Through daily use, areas that are bumped or rubbed may develop a partial shine, which is a characteristic of the material and finish.

We recommend storing each piece separately to prevent contact with other jewelry.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

All products will be delivered in a pouch and case, packaged in a paper box.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

We do not accept cancellations once an order has been confirmed.
